Kevin McGonigle receives spring training invitation

McGonigle has been extended an invitation to attend big-league camp during spring training with Detroit. He hit .305/.408/.583 with 19 home runs and 10 stolen bases across 88 games spanning three levels in 2025, posting a 59-to-46 walk-to-strikeout ratio. (Detroit Tigers)

The left-handed hitter possesses defensive versatility, with the ability to play shortstop, second base and third base. McGonigle will join fellow prospects Max Clark, Max Anderson and Jose Briceno, among others, in major-league camp this spring.
