Konnor Pilkington elects free agency

Nationals left-hander Konnor Pilkington has elected free agency in lieu of an outright assignment to Triple-A Rochester. (Nationals PR on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Rather than agreeing to go to Triple-A, Pilkington will take his chances on the open market. The 28-year-old posted a 4.45 ERA in 32 appearances with the Nats in 2025.
