Leandro Cedeno signs minor-league deal with Padres

Fantasy Impact:
Cedeno departed the United States and played the last three seasons in Japan's Nippon Professional Baseball. After a couple of strong seasons with Orix, the 27-year-old hit just .228 with seven homers in 74 games with Seibu in the 2025 campaign.
