Ryan Brasier to sign with Rangers

Fantasy Impact:
Brasier brings a veteran presence to the Rangers bullpen. The 38-year-old right has been limited to just 54.0 innings over the last two seasons, but he's posted a respectable 4.00 ERA, 1.09 WHIP, and 45-10 K/BB ratio between the Dodgers and Cubs.
