Fantasy Impact:

Francis was hampered by a shoulder impingement last season and was limited to 14 starts with the Blue Jays before going on the disabled list in June and missing the rest of the season. He went 2-8 with a 6.05 ERA in 64 innings. Francis combined to go 9-5 with a 2.89 ERA in 140 innings in 2023-24. With Francis missing the season, Jose Berrios and Cody Ponce are now the favorites to occupy the fourth and fifth spots in the Blue Jays' rotation.
