The Texas Rangers have signed left-hander Jordan Montgomery to a one-year, $1.25 million deal. (MLB on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Montgomery returns to Texas, where he was instrumental in helping the Rangers win their first-ever World Series championship in 2023. The southpaw missed the entire 2025 season due to Tommy John surgery and will likely miss the season's first half before looking to join a crowded Rangers rotation down the stretch of the 2026 season.
