Evan Phillips returns to Dodgers on one-year deal

Fantasy Impact:
Phillips underwent Tommy John surgery after just seven scoreless appearances in 2025, meaning he will miss a portion of this season as well. The right-hander collected 42 saves from 2023-2024 and owns a 3.36 ERA across 250 career appearances, the last four of which have been with the Dodgers.
