Fantasy Impact:
Gray has not pitched in the majors since April 2024, as he underwent Tommy John surgery, but he was able to begin a rehab assignment late last season. Washington Nationals president of baseball operations Paul Toboni said he expects Gray to be built up like any other starting pitcher competing for a job on the team. Gray made the All-Star team in 2023, the only season he posted a sub-4.00 ERA, finishing with a 3.91 ERA and 1.45 WHIP across 159 innings.
