Jackson Kowar has been traded from the Minnesota Twins to the Baltimore Orioles in exchange for cash considerations. (Jake Rill on X)
Fantasy Impact:
Kowar was designated for assignment by the Twins earlier in the week and now the righthander will head to the Orioles' organization. Kowar has pitched parts of four seasons in the majors and has an 8.21 ERA and 1.93 WHIP. However, he pitched to a 4.24 ERA last season in 17 innings with the Mariners. He'll likely open the season with Triple-A Norfolk.
