Padres right-hander Matt Waldron likely won't be ready for Opening Day after undergoing hemorrhoid surgery in late February. (MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Waldron has resumed throwing, and new manager Craig Stammen noted that he expects the right-hander to appear in at least one or two spring games. However, he will not likely be ready to crack the Opening Day roster, although a return sometime in April should be well within reach.
