Fantasy Impact:
Cubs skipper Craig Counsell hasn't committed to any rotation order beyond Opening Day starter Matthew Boyd, but Taillon's spring usage and his work with Team Canada at the World Baseball Classic has him lined up to start the fifth game of the regular season. The veteran posted a solid 3.68 ERA across 23 starts for the Cubs in 2025.
