Michael Arroyo (neck) back as bench option after neck spasms

Arroyo received an invitation to big-league spring training and went 3-for-10 with a home run and five walks across six Cactus League games before being scratched ahead of Friday's matchup with the Dodgers due to neck spasms. He's listed as an available bench bat Wednesday for the Mariners' Double-A game on the back fields of camp. (Ryan Divish)

With spring training winding down, Arroyo is expected to remain on the back fields for the rest of camp before opening the season at Double-A Arkansas.
