Alexander Alberto returns to Rays after Rule 5 stint with White Sox

Alberto spent most of last season at the High-A level, posting a 2.91 ERA, 1.35 WHIP and 45:17 K:BB across 34 innings. The White Sox selected him in the Rule 5 Draft in November but he did not make their Opening Day roster. (James Fegan)
