Tyler Freeman (back) placed on 10-day IL

Freeman dealt with back problems throughout spring, not making his Cactus League debut until March 5 before encountering a setback last week. The Rockies placed him on the 10-day injured list Tuesday with lower-back inflammation. (Kevin Henry)
Fantasy Impact:
No structural damage has been detected, but the lingering nature of the injury could push his absence beyond the 15-day minimum. Freeman is expected to fill a super utility role for Colorado once he returns.
