Blue Jays right-hander Kevin Gausman was dominant for the second straight start to open the season on Wednesday against the Rockies, but picked up a no-decision in a 2-1, 10-inning loss.
Fantasy Impact:
Gausman pitched six scoreless innings, allowing just two hits and no walks while striking out 10. Through his first two starts of the season, the veteran has pitched 12 innings of one-run ball with a whopping 21 strikeouts against zero walks, while allowing just three combined hits to the 40 batters he has faced. His next scheduled start is next Tuesday in what will be a highly anticipated World Series rematch opposite the visiting Los Angeles Dodgers.
