Cristian Javier allowed six earned runs on six hits and five walks while striking out two over 3 2/3 innings in Friday's loss to the Athletics.
Fantasy Impact:
Javier has struggled on the mound to begin the season, posting four or more walks and six earned runs allowed in each of his first two starts. After Friday's outing, the right-hander now has a 12.96 ERA and 2.28 WHIP with an 0-1 record across two starts and should not be trusted in lineups until his command issues are under control.
