James Wood went 1-for-4 with a walk, a home run, two runs scored, and three RBI in the Nationals loss to the Dodgers Sunday.
Fantasy Impact:
Wood increased the Nationals’ lead in the fourth inning with a three-run homer off Roki Sasaki. The 23-year-old has really struggled at the plate so far this season, hitting just .125 with 17 strikeouts. Wood will likely find his swing and this could be the start of an early season turn around for the slugging left-fielder.
