Nathan Eovaldi fans seven across six innings in win

Eovaldi completed six innings for the first time in three starts Tuesday against Seattle, allowing a solo homer to Brendan Donovan on the first pitch before retiring the next three batters on 10 pitches. He threw three more scoreless frames before giving up a run on two hits in the fifth, then stranded two runners in the sixth.
