Phillies DFA Dan Otero and AJ Achter

The Phillies designated Righties AJ Achter and Dan Otero for assignment following Morton and Giles trades. (Stephen Gross of the Morning Call)
Fantasy Impact:
Both were claimed off of waivers in November. Otero stands a very good chance of drawing interest while in limbo, as he is inexpensive and had success in 2013 and 2014. Achter could conceivably draw interest as well, however I'd say his chances of changing hands are about 50%. Both have options remaining and seem likely to serve in taxi squad middle relief for 2016.
