Adrian Houser struggles with command in short outing against Orioles
by Chris Schommer | Giants Correspondent | Sun, Apr 12th 7:35pm EDT
Adrian Houser allowed four earned runs on five hits while also striking out three and walking two over 4 2/3 innings in Sunday's loss to the Orioles.
Fantasy Impact:
Houser has fought command issues on the mound of late, allowing four earned runs in each of his last two starts. The veteran right-hander has been one of many inconsistent starting options in the San Francisco rotation to begin the season for manager Tony Vitello, carrying a 5.06 ERA and 1.56 WHIP with an 0-2 record and 2.00 K/BB ratio over three starts.
