MacKenzie Gore walks six but limits damage to two runs

Gore has a 3.00 ERA and 30:11 K:BB across 21 innings this season, having issued just five walks over his first three starts covering 16.1 innings. He walked six batters Tuesday against Oakland — echoing control issues he dealt with in the second half of last season — but the Rangers stranded six of the runners who reached against him.
