Michael Lorenzen can't get out of third inning Tuesday

by David Leisering | Rockies Correspondent | Wed, Apr 15th 10:26am EDT

Michael Lorenzen lasted just 2.2 innings on Tuesday and allowed seven runs - only two earned - on six hits in Colorado's 7-6 loss to Houston. The righthander walked one and struck out three.

Fantasy Impact:

Lorenzen dropped to 1-2 on the year and, while he didn't have his best stuff, he was hurt immensely by a couple of errors in the third inning. The veteran did allow six hits, including three doubles and a home run, and has now surrendered 32 hits in just 16.2 innings this season. Lorenzen is 1-2 with an 8.10 ERA and a 2.22 WHIP and is tentatively lined up to face the Dodgers on Sunday. He remains off the fantasy radar.
