Antonio Senzatela continues strong start to season
by David Leisering | Rockies Correspondent | Wed, Apr 15th 10:48am EDT
Antonio Senzatela pitched 3.1 scoreless innings on Tuesday, allowing two hits while striking out three as the Rockies dropped a 7-6 decision to the Astros.
Fantasy Impact:
Senzatela made his fifth appearance of the season and has become a main component of the Rockies' bullpen after being used primarily as a starter in his first nine seasons. Senzatela has not allowed a run in 12.1 innings this season and has allowed only four hits and three walks while striking out 15. Dating back to last season, Senzatela has not allowed a run in his last 16 innings of work. Unfortunately, for fantasy owners, he's being used more as a long reliever, so he only has one hold and one save - an eight-out version - this season.
