Hunter Goodman homers twice in loss to Astros Tuesday

by David Leisering | Rockies Correspondent | Wed, Apr 15th 10:35am EDT

Hunter Goodman belted two solo home runs and finished 2-for-5 on Tuesday night as the Rockies dropped a 7-6 decision to the Astros.

Fantasy Impact:

Goodman hit a home run in the top of the first off of Colton Gordon and took AJ Blubaugh deep to lead off the fifth inning. It was the first multi-homer game for Goodman since July 1 of last season against, ironically, the Astros. Goodman is hitting .254 (15-for-59) with four home runs and seven runs batted in through 17 games this season. The young catcher has, however, struck out a whopping 26 times in 59 at bats.
