Bryan Hoeing (elbow) moved to 60-day IL

Hoeing underwent surgery in March to repair a flexor tendon in his elbow. Following the procedure, he is expected to miss the duration of the 2026 season. (San Diego Padres)

The Padres officially placed Hoeing on the 60-day injured list Wednesday. The transaction was made to clear a spot on the club's 40-man roster for the addition of Lucas Giolito.
