Garrett Stubbs joining Phillies on Wednesday

Stubbs is slated to share playing time with Rafael Marchan, who secured the backup role over Stubbs during spring training. While playing for Triple-A Lehigh Valley this season, Stubbs has seen action at third base and in left field in addition to his primary responsibilities. (Matt Gelb)
