Fantasy Impact:
Miles Mikolas was in line to start Friday, but the Nationals have reportedly opted to push the veteran. Instead, Cornelio, a seventh-round pick from 2022, will take the ball. The young righty has made four starts at Triple-A this season, posting a 2.45 ERA and an elite 38.0% strikeout rate across 18 1/3 innings.
