Reds right-hander Brady Singer lasted just 3 1/3 innings while giving up four earned runs and taking the loss Friday against the Pirates.
Fantasy Impact:
Singer was inefficient in this one, managing just two whiffs in his 56 pitches before skipper Terry Francona pulled the plug. He surrendered seven hits, including a pair of home runs, while walking two and striking out just one on the evening. The veteran will take an elevated 5.57 ERA into his next scheduled outing on Wednesday against the rival Cubs in Chicago.
