Hollowell will take the spot in the Cubs' bullpen vacated by Corbin Martin, who was designated for assignment Thursday morning. Hollowell has allowed just two runs on four hits with 15 strikeouts across eight innings of relief at Triple-A so far this year. The towering righty posted a 4.82 ERA over seven appearances out of the Cubs' bullpen in 2025.
