Heston Kjerstad will begin a rehab assignment this weekend with Double-A Chesapeake. (Chesapeake Baysox on Twitter)

Kjerstad was re-evaluated and officially cleared to get into games. He'll figure to play in at least a handful of rehab games before he is activated.
