Trey Yesavage strikes out six in short outing Saturday versus Angels

by Brenton Kemp | Blue Jays Correspondent | Sun, May 10th 12:21pm EDT

Blue Jays right-hander Trey Yesavage pitched four shutout innings while striking out six in a no-decision against the Angels on Saturday.

Fantasy Impact:

Yesavage allowed four hits and walked two against his six punchouts on the day, but he also needed a hefty 87 pitches to get through just four innings. It was his second straight start going just four innings, but he has still suppressed runs at an elite level so far with a 0.68 ERA through three starts since missing the start of the season with a shoulder injury.
