Bryce Elder works another strong outing in Saturday's loss
by Nate Miller | Braves Correspondent | Sun, May 17th 9:35am EDT
Bryce Elder allowed three runs on seven hits and no walks while striking out three over eight innings in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Red Sox.
Fantasy Impact:
Elder was outstanding through the first seven frames of Saturday's start, but he was perhaps left in a bit too long, as a two-run homer in the eighth ultimately dropped his record to 4-2 on the year. The righty has been excellent overall through 10 starts, putting up a 2.01 ERA and 0.99 WHIP with a 56-20 K/BB ratio across 62 2/3 innings.
