Framber Valdez allowed four earned runs on five hits and four walks while striking out three over five innings in Monday's 8-2 loss to the Guardians.
Fantasy Impact:
Valdez has struggled to miss opposing bats of late, allowing four or more earned runs in two of his last three starts. The left-hander has turned into a frustrating option due to current command issues as part of a disappointing Tigers rotation for manager AJ Hinch, carrying a 4.58 ERA and 1.40 WHIP with a 2-3 record and 2.14 K/BB ratio through 10 starts.
