Richard Lovelady struck out one batter in a scoreless frame to earn the save in Tuesday's 9-6 win over the Mets.

After Tuesday's win, Lovelady now has a 2.61 ERA and 1.65 WHIP with three saves, three holds and an 8.7 K/9 across 19 appearances. Lovelady continues to turn in a solid outing each time he is called upon and he should remain in the mix to see save opportunities for the Nationals.
