Dan Otero bolsters Indians' bullpen

The Indians made their fourth signing in three days by acquiring RHP Dan Otero for cash considerations. The 30-year-old had been designated for assignment by the Phillies following the Ken Giles trade. (Paul Hoynes on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Dan Otero had two impressive seasons for the Athletics in 2013 & 2014, with 2.00 ERA, 1.14 WHIP and 82 strikeouts over 126 2/3 innings. 2015 was a disaster with 6.75 ERA in 42 appearances. The 30-year-old will warrant fantasy consideration if he is able to recapture the form that made him a premier bullpen arm.
