Jacob deGrom posts quality start after rough two-start stretch

DeGrom has a 3.77 ERA, 1.01 WHIP, and 70:12 K:BB across 59.2 innings over 11 starts this season but has allowed 13 home runs — already half the total he surrendered across 172.2 innings in all of 2025. He has allowed 18 runs across 28.1 innings over five May starts and lines up for a road start against St. Louis early next week.
Fantasy Impact:
Wednesday marked a step forward after allowing 10 runs over nine innings across his previous two outings, with deGrom picking up his fourth quality start of the season. He struck out six and allowed two runs on four hits and a walk across six innings in the no-decision.
