by Nate Miller | Braves Correspondent | Sat, May 30th 11:49am EDT

Jorge Mateo went 1-for-4 with a single, two RBI, two runs scored, and a steal in Friday's 8-3 win over the Reds.

Fantasy Impact:

Due to the struggles of Ha-Seong Kim, Mateo has now started at shortstop for the Braves in each of the last two games. The speedy 30-year-old has been swinging a hot bat all season, and he's gone 5-for-12 with a double and three RBI over the last three games. Mateo is sporting a .319 AVG and .822 OPS across 77 plate appearances for the campaign, swiping seven bags and scoring 20 runs along the way.
