Trevor McDonald allowed one earned run on four hits and three walks while striking out six over five innings in Sunday's win over the Cubs.
Fantasy Impact:
McDonald has fought command issues in the mound of late, allowing three or more runs in three of last four trips to the mound. The right-hander has turned into a high-risk option in the Giants rotation for manager Tony Vitello, posting a 4.15 ERA and 1.18 WHIP with a 2-3 record and 8.5 K/9 ratio through seven starts.
