Fantasy Impact:
Sanmartin has not pitched in the majors at all this season, and he has only made one big-league appearance over the last two years. However, he is now ready to join the Giants following some bullpen sessions and rehab appearances. The 30-year-old lefty owns a career 5.66 ERA with 73 strikeouts across 84 1/3 MLB innings.
