Sal Stewart steals base in win over Mets Monday

by Brenton Kemp | Reds Correspondent | Tue, Jun 16th 4:22pm EDT

Reds first baseman Sal Stewart went 1-for-4 with an RBI, two runs scored, and a stolen base in a 12-0 win over the Mets on Monday.

Fantasy Impact:

While Stewart only provided a single in a blowout win, he still provided cross-category production, including stealing his 11th base of the season. Fantasy managers will still very much take it, especially with Stewart going through a cold stretch, one that has seen him collect just five hits and just one extra-base hit over his past nine games. The 22-year-old is slashing .247/.345/.442 with 13 homers, 38 runs, 43 RBI, and 11 stolen bases across 71 games this season.
