Fantasy Impact:
Fulton was optioned to Jacksonville to make room for the returning Eury Perez (leg) who was activated off the injured list to start Wednesday's game against the Rangers. Fulton posted a 2.57 ERA in three relief outings for the Marlins this season and owns a 5.56 ERA in 12 outings (10 starts) for Jacksonville.
