Fantasy Impact:
Houck underwent a hybrid reconstruction of his right UCL with flexor tendon repair last August and has officially begun light mound work. However, fantasy managers should not expect him to return until late in the season, as he still needs a couple of months to continue ramping up his throwing program before beginning a rehab assignment.
