Anthony Seigler hits first career homer

Anthony Seigler went 1-for-2 with a walk and a solo home run in Saturday’s 4-1 win over the Yankees. Starting at second base and batting seventh, he took a 97.3 mph fastball from Gerrit Cole the other way over the Green Monster in the second inning.
Fantasy Impact:
The homer was the first of Seigler’s career in his 44th major-league game. He is batting .333 with two doubles, two RBI, and five runs over eight consecutive starts for Boston.
