Tyler Alexander records third save

Tyler Alexander worked a perfect ninth inning Saturday to record his third save of the season in Texas’ 7-4 win over Toronto. He did not record a strikeout while filling in after Jacob Latz and Jakob Junis had each pitched on the previous two days.
Fantasy Impact:
Alexander has allowed a run in just one of eight appearances this month, posting a 1.08 ERA, 1.04 WHIP, and 6:2 K over 8.2 innings. His high-leverage work has remained limited, with Saturday’s save joining one hold and no wins in June.
