Detmers continues a steady stretch on the mound of late, allowing two earned runs or less in four of his last six trips to the mound. The left-hander remains one of many inconsistent options in the Angels rotation for manager Kurt Suzuki, posting a 4.13 ERA and 1.11 WHIP with a 3-6 record and 10.1 K/9 ratio through 18 starts.
