Blue Jays right-hander Trey Yesavage pitched six innings, allowing three runs (two earned) while taking the loss on Sunday against the Mariners.

For the second straight game, the Blue Jays were shut out by Mariners pitching, recording only five hits in that time. As a result, Yesavage was dealt a tough-luck loss despite throwing a quality start, allowing just three hits and two walks while striking out seven. The 22-year-old owns a 3.31 ERA through 13 starts this season, and lines up to take on the Padres on the road this weekend.
