Cam Schlittler allowed one earned run on four hits while striking out eight over eight innings in Monday’s win over the Rays.

Schlittler has offered mixed results on the mound of late, allowing four or more runs in three of his last seven trips to the mound. The right-hander remains a top-tier starting option thanks to electric swing-and-miss stuff for manager Aaron Boone, carrying a 2.01 ERA and 0.93 WHIP with a 9-5 record and 10.5 K/9 ratio across 19 starts.
