Nick Martinez allowed two runs on four hits and one walk while striking out one across 5.1 innings in Friday's 7-2 win over the Seattle Mariners.

Martinez recorded just one strikeout on Friday, marking the third time this season he has logged only one punchout. However, he still rewarded fantasy managers by allowing just two runs and earning his eighth win of the year. On the season, he owns a 2.65 ERA and 1.12 WHIP.
