Chris Sale allowed no runs on just two hits zero walks while striking out six across seven innings in Friday's 15-1 win over the Rangers.
Fantasy Impact:
Sale did not pitch in what was his third straight and 10th career trip to the All-Star Game, so with a full week off, he was locked in coming out of the break. The ace lefty delivered a dominant effort, lowering his season ERA to a stellar 2.06 while picking up his 10th win. Sale obviously remains one of the top hurlers in the league and an elite fantasy option. He will return to the mound Wednesday against the Padres.
