Cal Quantrill allowed six earned runs on 11 hits and one walk while striking out three over four innings in Friday’s loss to the Braves.
Fantasy Impact:
Quantrill continues a solid stretch on the mound of late, allowing two earned runs or less in four of his last five trips to the mound. The right-hander has offered manager Skip Schumaker one of the more stable arms as part of an inconsistent Rangers staff to this point, posting a 3.93 ERA and 1.29 WHIP with a 3-2 record and 2.2 K/BB ratio through 20 appearances.
